When you use the representative lookup tool, your address is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau's geocoding service to determine your congressional district. We do not store your full address.
If you take an action (call, email, or contact form), we record an anonymous event containing:
No names, email addresses, phone numbers, or full addresses are stored in action events.
If you join the action network, we store the information you choose to submit for supporter, volunteer, or organizer coordination. Public-facing map data is state-level only. No exact pins, raw addresses, public emails, or public phone numbers are exposed.
Organizer identities remain private by default. Public organizer profiles appear only when a verified organizer explicitly opts in.
If you voluntarily join the action network, we collect the contact details you choose to provide — which may include your email address, phone number, name, state, metro, role interest, and organizer-related notes. This information is used only for supporter, volunteer, organizer, and campaign coordination. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you submit feedback through the Feedback page, your message and any contact details you choose to include are stored internally. Email is optional. This information is used only to review and respond to the feedback submitted.
Your address is sent to the following third-party services for lookup purposes only:
We do not use advertising trackers, analytics services, or sell any data to third parties.
The site uses your browser's localStorage to remember your action history locally. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
This site does not use cookies.
Anonymous action events and state-network aggregate rollups may be retained for historical counting. Legacy event-intake records are archived internally and are no longer used as the public product model.
